Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Cogon National High School - Villarica Annex in Barangay Villarica, Island Garden City of Samal, Province of Davao del Norte is hereby separated from the Cogon National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Nieves Villarica National High School.
