Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Rizal National School of Arts and Trade - Macutay Annex in Barangay Macutay, Municipality of Rizal, Province of Kalinga is hereby separated from the Rizal National School of Arts and Trade and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Macutay-Palao National High School
