Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The secondary programs of the Northern Mindanao School of Fisheries in Barangay Matabao, Municipality of Buena vista, Province of Agusan del Norte are hereby separated from the Northern Mindanao School of Fisheries and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Buenavista National High School.
