Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Lupon National Comprehensive High School Annex in the Municipality of Lupon, Province of Davao Oriental is hereby separated from the Lupon Vocational High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Lupon National Comprehensive High School.
