Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Payao National High School - Bulawan Annex in Barangay Bulawan, Municipality of Payao, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay is hereby separated from the Payao National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Bulawan National High School.
