Appropriations. - The amount necessary for the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the OMA. However, to carryout the additional functions and powers of the Commission as provided in this Act, an additional amount of One hundred million pesos (Php 100,000,000.00) is hereby appropriated. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for the continued implementation of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
