At the date and time designated by the Senate for the return of the summons against the person impeached, the Secretary of the Senate shall administer an oath or affirmation to the returning officer that the return made upon the process issued by the Senate of the Philippines was truly made and that such service as therein described was performed, which oath or affirmation shall be entered at large on the records.
