Design Industries Linkages with the Educational System. To ensure a continuous supply of creative talents and to stimulate design creativity and innovation among students at all levels of education, the DepED, the CHED and the TESDA, in consultation with and assistance of the Design Center, shall formulate measures to establish a stronger connection between arts, culture, education and training, and to harness the potentials of the youth.
