Conversion. - The Mindoro State College of Agriculture and Technology (MINSCAT) in the Municipality of Victoria, including the MINSCAT external campuses, namely: the Polytechnic College of Calapan in Calapan City and the Bongabong College of Fisheries in the Municipality of Bongabong, allocated in the Province of Oriental Mindoro, is hereby converted into a state university to be known as the Mindoro State University (MinSU), hereinafter referred to as the University. The main campus of the University shall be m the Municipality of Victoria, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
