Primary Text
General Mandate. - The University shall primarily provide advanced education, higher technological, professional instruction and training in agriculture and forestry, fisheries and environmental studies, information and computer technology, arts and sciences, education, business and management, health sciences and other related fields of study. It shall also undertake research and extension services in support of the socioeconomic development of the Province of Oriental Mindoro, and provide progressive leadership in its areas of specialization.
