Conversion. - The Palompon Institute of Technology (PIT) in the Municipality of Palompon, Province of Leyte is hereby converted into a state university to be known as the Palompon Polytechnic State University, hereinafter referred to as the University, and in1egratmg therewith the Marcelino R. Veloso National Polytechnic College (MRVNPC) in the Municipality of Tabango, Province of Leyte. The main campus of the University shall be m Palompon, Leyte.
