Infrastructure Support. The government shall provide priority investment for the infrastructure needs in clustered farm land identified as key agricultural and fishery production areas to accelerate agricultural and fisheries mechanization in the countryside and this includes irrigation, farm-to-market roads, postharvest, power and communications facilities.
