Field Statistical Services. A Regional Statistical Services Office (RSSO) and Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) shall be established in each of the administrative regions and provinces, respectively. The RSSO and PSO shall:
(a) Provide technical staff support to the PSA;
(b) Provide technical assistance as may be required by the implementing agencies and local governments in the regions and provinces; and
(c) Perform such other tasks as may be assigned by the National Statistician.
