Philippine Statistical Research and Training Institute (PSRTI). The PSRTI is hereby created and shall be attached to the NEDA for purposes of policy coordination. As such, the Statistical Research and Training Center (SRTC) is hereby abolished and all SRTC assets and liabilities, appropriations, records and personnel, if any, shall be transferred to the PSRTI.
