Funds for Reorganization. The amount necessary for the effective implementation of the provisions ofthis Act shall be taken from funds available to the agencies enumerated in Section 28 hereof. Additional requirements shall be charged to the appropriations under the current General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for the continued implementation of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
