Annual Report and Annual Meeting. The Board shall submit an annual report to the Commission after the close of each fiscal year, giving a detailed account of the proceedings of the Board during the year and embodying such recommendations to the Commission as the Board may desire to make. At least once a year, the Board shall meet with the APO, representatives of departments of chemistry in higher educational institutions, and the CHED to discuss matters pertinent to the professional practice of chemistry.
