Certificate to Practice Chemistry and Chemical Analysis. Unless exempt from registration or from the requirements of this Act, no person shall practice or offer to practice as a chemist or chemical technician in the Philippines, without having previously obtained a certificate of registration from the Board and a professional identification card.
