Vested Rights: Automatic Registration of Chemists and Chemical Technicians. All chemists and chemical technicians who are registered under Republic Act No. 754 at the time of effectivity of this Act shall automatically be considered registered and shall hold the same registration number. The validity and period of the existing professional license shall continue in force until its date of expiry.
