Primary Text
Term of Office of Incumbent Board. The incumbent Chairperson and members of the Board at the time of approval of this Act shall automatically function and hold office for another two (2) years from the date of effectivity of this Act or for the duration of their current term, whichever is longer. The Board shall then promulgate the provisions, rules and regulation for the implementation of this Act.
