Enforcement of this Act by the Officers of the Law. The Board shall be assisted by the Commission in carrying out the provisions of this Act and its IRR and other policies. The lawyers of the Commission shall act as the prosecutors against illegal practitioners and other violations of this Act and its IRR. The duly constituted authorities of government shall likewise assist the Board and the Commission in enforcing the provisions of this Act and its IRR.
