Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Subject to the approval of the Commission, the Board, in consultation with the APO, shall adopt and promulgate the IRR, the Code of Ethics, and the Code of Professional and Technical Standards for Metallurgical Engineers to carry out the provisions of this Act.
