The Board shall prepare and maintain a roster of the names, residence and/or office address of all registered naval architects, which shall be updated annually in cooperation with the APO, indicating therein the status of their certificate of registration, professional identification card and membership in-the APO, whether valid, inactive due to death or other reasons, delinquent, suspended or revoked. The said roster information shall be made available to the public upon inquiry or request.
