Transitory Provisions. All existing CSF agreements established prior to the effectivity of this Act, pursuant to the BSPs CSF Program are hereby deemed eligible to be registered at the CDA as CSF Cooperatives, subject to the rules of registration as provided by this Act and its implementing rules and regulations.
