Amendatory Clause. The pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 6938, as amended by Republic Acts Numbered 9520, 8523, 3844, 7160, as well as all other laws, presidential decrees, rules and regulations, executive orders, or parts thereof that are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act shall be deemed amended accordingly.
