General Qualifications for Appointment. The general qualifications for appointment of OWN A personnel shall be in accordance with the minimum qualification standards requirements set by the CSC. The OWWA may hire experts in actuarial studies, information technology, finance and investment, and such other fields as may be deemed necessary in the implementation of its programs and services.
