Transitory Provision. - The incumbent Chairperson and members of the Board shall, in an interim capacity, continue to carry out their functions under the provisions of this Act without need for new appointments as Chairperson and members thereof until the first Board, created under this Act, shall have been constituted or organized pursuant thereto.
