Scope of Examination. - The licensure examination shall cover the following subjects:
(a) Physical, Chemical, Biological, and Microbiological Principles;
(b) Food Processing, Preservation, and Food Engineering;
(c) Quality Sensory Evaluation of Food Engineering;
(d) Food Laws and Regulations.1wphi1
The Board may revise or exclude any of the above subjects and add new ones as may be called for by the requirements of the industry and the profession.
