Foreign Reciprocity. - No foreign food technologist shall be admitted to the licensure examination, or be given a certificate of registration and a professional license, or be entitled to any of the privileges under this Act, unless the country of which is a subject or citizen specifically permits Filipino food technologists to practice within its territorial limits under the same conditions and an equal basis as its own subjects or citizens.
