Indication of License and Privilege Tax Receipt. - The date of issuance of the certificate of registration and the date of expiry of the same, the privilege tax receipt number, and the professional number of food technologist shall be indicated or any document the food technologist shall be indicated or any document the food technologists signs or issues in connection with the practice of profession.
