The services and facilities of the La Union Medical Center (LUMC) in the Municipality of Agoo, Province of La Union shall be upgraded and, accordingly, its bed capacity shall be increased from one hundred (100) to three hundred (300) beds, and a trauma center shall be established therein. The increase in bed capacity shall be done gradually over a three (3)-year period.
