The University shall primarily provide advance instruction and professional training in educastion, engineering, science and technology, arts and humanities, information and communication technology education, liberal arts, medical, health-related programs, and other relevant fields of study. It also undertake research, extension services, and production activities and provide progressive leadership in its areas of specialization in support of the socioeconomic development of the Province of Pampanga and Region III.
