Curricular Offerings. - The University shall offer technical-vocational, undergraduate and graduate courses in the fields of education, engineering, science and technology, arts and humanities, information and communications technology, liberal arts, legal management, law medicine and allied sciences, health-related courses, entrepreneurial programs, creative industries, ravel management, and other relevant courses within its areas of specialization and based on its capabilities, as the Board of Regents may deem necessary to carry out its objectives, in order to meet the needs of the Province of Pampanga and Region III: Provided, That no degree program shall be offered without the approval of the Commission on Higher Education before the same shall be approved by the Board.
The University may operate a reasonably-sized laboratory school if it has a College of Education.
