Conversion. - The Zamboanga City State Polytechnic College in the City of Zamboanga is hereby converted into a state university to be known as the Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University, hereinafter referred to as the University.
The University may establish regular campuses, branches, and extension sites and programs upon the effectivity of this Act.
