Purpose of the University. - The University shall be an institution of higher learning which leads in dynamic, unique and distinct academic standards in technology education, advancement of innovations and discoveries through science and technology researches, instructions, advance graduate and professional education and training and other related undertakings supportive to technology and higher than minimum standards set by the Commission on Higher Education.
