Personnel Training, Development and Performance Incentives. -The Natiqnal Museum shall undertake training and development programs to upgrade the capabilities of its personnel in the various functions of the National Museum. Personnel shall be allowed to train or study, in the Philippines or abroad, on official time, subject to the needs of the service, upon approval of the Director-General.
A system of monetary incentives shall be established by the Board to reward the superior performance and milestones of professional development on the part of management and administrative and technical personnel, subject to approval of the Department of Budget and Management and, where applicable, to the Civil Service Commission.
