De-accessioning Policy. -The National Museum may provide for a de-accessioning policy with regard to its collections, except in those cases where it is restricted by terms of donations or by prevailing laws. The de-accessioning of any accessioned item pertaining to the collections of the National Museum shall require the approval of the Board in each and every case.
