The City Schools Division. - (a) The Department of Education (DepEd) shall establish and maintain a city schools division of the City of Calaca whose area of jurisidiction will cover all the school districts within the City.
(b) The city school division shall be headed by a City Schools Division Superintendent who must possses the necessary qualifications required by the DepEd.
