Commencement of Corporate Existence. -The corporate existence of the provinces of Maguindanao del Norte and Maguindanao del Sur shall commence upon the composition, qualification and assumption of the provincial governors, provincial vice governors and majority of the members of thesangguniang panlalawigan.
