Reports and Disclosures to the DOE. In requiring LPG industry participants to submit written or electronic forms or reports pursuant to Section 6 of this Act, the DOE shall be prohibited from sharing, disclosing, or making available to the public and other LPG industry participants any information, document, plan, and report constituting trade secrets, proprietary data, and other legitimate commercial information which are confidential or privileged in nature.
