Central Database of LPG Industry Participants. The central database, which shall be open to the public, created by the DOE pursuant to Section 6 of this Act shall be updated on a monthly basis. It shall include the following information:

(a) Corporate, business, or trade name of the LPG industry participant;

(b) Registered trademark pr trade name or logo of LPG, LPG pressure vessels, facilities, and equipment;

(c) Certification from LPG industry participants as to who they have contracted with when it comes to activities within the scope of this Act pursuant to Section 4 hereof;

(d) List of lots, stolen, and missing LPG cylinders;

(e) Violations committed and incidents relating to such violations; and

(f) Other relevant information as may be determined by the DOE: Provided, That it shall not include trade secrets and other proprietary information as may be determined in this Acts implementing rules and regulations.
