Permitting Process. Republic Act No. 11234, otherwise known as the Energy Virtual One-Stop Shop Act, shall apply to the permitting process of all MGSPs: Provided, That the applicable time frames shall be reduced to half of the time frames indicated in Sections 13, 14, 15, and 16 of Republic Act No. 11234 unless the specific time frame is provided in this Act.
