Cooperation of Law Enforcement Agencies in OSAEC and CSAEM Investigation. Recognizing the transnational nature of OSAEC and CSAEM, and notwithstanding the immediately preceding section, the PNP and NBI shall endeavor to establish cooperation arrangements with foreign law enforcement agencies for faster exchange of information, best practices, and joint investigations on OSAEC and CSAEM cases.
