Corps of Salt Production Trainers. - Within thirty (30) days from the effectivity of this Act, BFAR shall form the Corps of Trainers for salt production, whose members shall be recruited from BFAR personnel in the provinces, under the FPHTD; experts from state universities and colleges (SUCs) with a track record for studying and researching on salt production and post-production techniques and technology; experts from Agricultural Training Institute (ATI); and from practitioners in actual salt farm production in the country. The corps members shall be tasked to help out in the establishment of salt farms in areas designated as such by this Act. BFAR shall spend for their travel, lodging, honoraria and other necessary expenses, within existing budgetary rules,
