Salt Farmers Cooperatives and Associations. - The CDA shall assist in the formation, organizational strengthening, and financial literacy of cooperatives and their local salt farmers0members and producers. It shall aim to build capabilities of cooperatives and associations to leverage their own resources, run sustainable operations, and increase the number of successful cooperative-managed salt farms in the country.
