Administrative Sanctions. - Without prejudice to the criminal and civil liabilities prescribed under this Act, the administrative sanctions specified in Republic Act No. 7653, as amended, shall be imposed upon the Institution, its directors, officers, trustees, employees, or agents, for violation of this Act or any related rules, regulations, orders or instructions of the BSP.
