Criminal Liability Under Other Laws. - Prosecution under this Act shall be without prejudice to prosecution for any violation of the Revised Penal Code, as amended, or special laws such as Republic Act No. 8484, or the "Access Devices Regulation Act of 1998", as amended; Republic Act No. 9160, or the "Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001", as amended; and Republic Act No. 10175.
