General Principles Relating to International Cooperation. - To the widest extent possible, all relevant instruments on international cooperation in criminal matters and arrangements agreed on the basis of reciprocal legislation and domestic laws, shall be given full force and effect for the purposes of investigations or proceedings concerning criminal offenses related to computer systems and data, or for the collection of evidence in the electronic form.
