Implementing Rules and Regulations. - Within one (1) year from the effectivity of this Act, the BSP, in coordination with the DOJ, the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), the NBI, the PNP, the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordination Center (CICC), and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and upon consultation with relevant stakeholders, shall promulgate the rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions of this Act.
A cooperative mechanism shall be established among the Institutions, the BSP, concerned government agencies and the private sector, to ensure the effective enforcement of the provisions and the prosecution of cases under this Act.
