System of Equivalency. - The TESDA, in consultation with the CHED and other relevant government agencies, shall ensure that the EBET graduates shall be awarded equivalent unit credits in the formal system of education that can be used in pursuing degree courses, subject to the integrated policies and guidelines on equivalency and credit transfer.
