Promotion of Equal Protection and Safe Spaces in EBET Programs. - The enterprise shall ensure the security and safety of trainees, pursuant to Republic Act No. 11313 or the "Safe Spaces Act".
An EBET Program shall provide equal opportunities for trainees, regardless of their educational level, age, sex, language, ethnicity, religion, disability, and social status.
